Reviews for Living Court Assisted Living Community

Caring Staff, Troubled Management

This facility shows a stark divide between positive resident experiences and serious management concerns. Multiple reviews praise the warm, caring staff and vibrant community atmosphere with residents actively engaged in activities. However, several families report alarming issues: residents being evicted without proper notice after wandering incidents, management providing false information about services and Medicaid acceptance, and poor communication regarding care needs. The disconnect between frontline caregiving quality and administrative competence is a recurring pattern.

Imagine a retired law enforcement individual had to stay at your facility. Knowing you have people with opinions like this would make me think twice before going here.

What a warm inviting friendly place. It was so reassuring to see all of the smiling faces on the people who live there. Kind staff and I talked with some of the residents and they are really happy.

As I toured this community I couldn’t help but realize how many residents were out of their rooms, interacting with each other. They are very activity focused and really bring the community aspect of senior living to life. Such a great Assisted Living with a very kind staff!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!! My mom was a resident there when it was doing business as a Living Court assisted-living facility, she’s lived there for four years until she was kicked out on [date removed]. We got a phone call Wednesday that my mom needed to be seen at the ER to make sure she didn’t have a urinary tract infection due to her memory getting worse and she wandered off the property. The Executive Director [name removed] informed us that she would not be able to stay there unl

The staff has changed since our loved one has been at Living Court Assisted Living Community, but overall the quality of care is good when I am able to visit and the food that is served is great

Communication and attentiveness were lacking, especially with regards to dietary and care needs. I would recommend Living Court Community with qualifications.

Living Court Assisted Living Community is a great and caring facility. They know all of their residents' names, and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Management there should all be fired. They have no management skills at all and I would not recommend any of your family here. There just rude Only gave them a one because there is no zero.

Living Court has a great, loving and caring staff. But sadly their management is horrible. When we moved our mother there, we were told that she could stay there and get medical and memory care. That was a lie. When our mom was sent to rehab, they came and did an evaluation for her cognitive well being and they said they would not take her back. So they referred us to a memory care facility that is part of Prestige. I asked management if they took small pets and also accepted medicaid. I was

Living Court is such a warm caring place to live. I have been in several assisted living places and this one tops them all. My friend will call me with a need, I can feel comfortable calling the front desk and they take care of it!

Living Court Assisted Living Community is a place where your loved one can really feel at home. Prestige Assisted Living provides the assurance that your family member will be cared for with kindness, attentiveness, and class by a care staff that is widely regarded as some of the best in the area. I recommend seeing for yourself the look and feel of Prestige.

A very caring facility with good staff to resident ratio. Fun activities and outings are available for the residents. The menu is nutritious, and the food is good. Staff are professional, compassionate and friendly - it is a place where residents are happy to call home.

We have nothing but nice things to say about this community. Staff is very friendly. Dad loves the food. Happy with the care services provided. There are lots of activities here, Dad has a keyboard and headphone in his room to listen to music, residents go on bus rides around the country side to experience the scenery. They also have checkers and a pool. Dad is happy here.
