My mom was not happy with the intrusions, people would come in her room at various times during the day. One time she woke up during a nap and there was a man standing at the foot of her bed. The Wi-Fi was non existent, which is very important to my mom. The food was not good. Also, most/all of the patients there were memory care type situations, so for someone that is mentally there, it was very challenging to have a conversation or make friend

Dishawnda nursing staff is amazing!!! 🤩 She treats her patients amazingly not only that her treats everyone that come is so great!!! She should be Recognized as a TRUE caring Nurse!!!

Everyone was so nice. Always asking if I needed or wanted anything. Lots of variety in the meals, which were delicious. If you didn't show up for meals, they immediately check on you. Lots of fun activities.

The staff and administration Stafford are very caring and empathetic. The facility is perfectly sized and appointed to provide a very personal level of care.

It has fantastic staff that go above and beyond for each and every resident.

The Stafford Suites staff are a fantastic team who show love and care to their residents. The chef makes amazingly delicious meals. The facilities are clean, warm, organized, spacious, and well-maintained. I enjoy the friendly environment every time I visit.

The thing I like most about living here the staff are warm, professional, helpful, and loving. The food is good too! I’ve been here almost 4 years and my fellow residents are positive and caring.

This is our second living experience at Staff Suites. Our mom and dad were here in 2014 when he fell ill. He was taken very good care of until he left us. Our mom lived on her own for a while, then later decided she needed a little more help and Stafford was the first place she thought of when looking for a new homes. She returned in January of 2018. It was a great choice. The staff is caring and genuinely concerned for the residence's wellbeing. There are plenty of activities for her to attend

The Stafford Suites staff is so caring, kind, and competent! you never feel you are walking into an unclean or unsafe place when you walk in the door for a visit. This has been a really good place for my sister. I highly recommend Stafford Suites for your loved one!

My experience living here has been good. Sometimes I like more activities after 5pm. I love the staff members here.

Upon coming to Stafford I walked in and it was a palace compared to where I have been before. A warm greeting was met to me. The staff here is very caring and concerned about each resident. I know I'm safe here at all times!

The food stinks here, but the place is beautiful. I love the place. The cleanliness, the help, the residents, it is a great place to stay. We are currently limited due to the virus. We are going on bus tour. I live in a one bedroom and it is great, I love it.

There is so much to like. It is an intimately-sized community so the residents and the staff all know each other. The staff calls the residents by name and treats them as mature adults, not like half-witted children (I know that you know what I am talkin' about if you have ever been in a facility of older people!). The meals are not regimented by time or "meal of the day." Instead, the dining room is open all day, there are rotated specials for each meal but the residents can order off the

I brought both my mother (from Seattle) and father from Pennsylvania to live close to me in Kent. I checked out most of the Assisted Living places I felt Stafford Suites had the most to offer. I felt close to the staff and sold my house and now reside here. (The proximity to the Kent Senior Center is an added bonus).

My mom has lived here for over two years. It's a friendly place with great food, lots of activities and an excellent care staff.

I find the staff here very warm and caring. The staff in charge have been very welcoming and helpful when I visit my mother and come from out of state. My mother is 99 years and she is as happy as possible living here and my family was very happy to find Stafford Suites and feel the price is reasonable.

I like here very much. When you have health problem good to stay at Stafford Suites. It is also good location.

They offer lots of different activities to keep residents involved and all of the staff is very caring.

Clean, affordable. Downstairs where the group activities are in a basement. Felt closed off but it is next door to the senior center, which is nice.

Terrible care givers a resident fell and it took forever for them to come help and when they did they did not calm or comfort or anything treated him like cattle Had to edit my review in order to respond to the owners response. I did not confuse the location! This did occur at Stafford Suites in Kent wa! Im extra worried about this place now that the owner simply assumes I'm wrong, no questions asked! Wonder what they do with any other feedback they get!

I have lived here at Stafford Suites, Kent WA for 3 years. I love it here - no complaints. I am very comfortable here & more importantly this is my "home".

I live in this facility and they provide great help if you need it. The food is acceptable and the wait staff [is] fine. It is [a] comfortable place to live.

All of my needs are taken care of. The atmosphere is friendly, activities are planned which appeal to most residents. Some activities are in-house & some are in [an] outdoor situation. Nurses are available for real issues.

My sister & I looked all over. This area for a warm, caring and modern place for our mother (97) to live happily after losing her son and husband. We are especially Happy with the activity director [removed] and [removed] (Community Relations Director) The activity director is a warm, loving woman who can do everything needed. Good driver too!!

This corporation is only about profit. I would never bring my loved one here. They will quote one cost of care, and when you get there double it. They will constantly re-access cost and keep charging you more and more...the caregivers are great...but the money managers control the show...look elsewhere.

I think it's a wonderful place. 99% is a five, there is one area they are lacking, activities. There are a lack of activities after 6:30 p.m., it's a ghost town. They are very close to the Kent Senior Center, less than a football field away, and the only way to go is to arrange the bus to take her. It surprises me they don't have anyone that can take them next door, it seems that they could arrange a fifteen minute transport where they could gather a group and wheel them over. Everything is going very well for my mother at this community. She seems to have adjusted well to the community and the people here. The staff is very good, they are always there when she needs some help. She enjoys the staff, they treat her very kind. They do have nice activities through out the week. She enjoys the food, they do serve well balanced meals. It is a good place for your loved one if they are outgoing. I would recommend it.

Great Care, Activities, Healthy Food and lovely Staff!

They are absolutely amazing. I don't have any complaints. They are great with keeping up the place. We haven't had any maintenance issues. We are really, really happy with it. I would definitely give them a five.

This was a good experience. The food is awesome. The people are wonderful. My loved one is very happy there. It is a nice place. I was very impressed. They went out of their way to help my family and I. The Stafford Suites is a great community! I have only wonderful things to say about this facility. This community is very, very clean. Overall, I am happy with this place. I'm glad my loved one is well taken care of.

Mom and sister visited Stafford Suites. They don't take Medicaid patients but have a special program (Providence Elder Care) that converts to Medicaid) for semi-private rooms only. Mom says she would have to get acquainted with a room mate beforehand to be sure they are compatable. We love this place. Will see if we can get in.
