The care and investment of SAILS staff is evidenced in their deep knowledge of and responsiveness to client needs. They center clients in every way possible to support them having full and meaningful lives and experiences.
The staff really seem to care about providing the clients in their care with experiences that they enjoy and will remember for years to come. The level of care goes beyond just medical needs, they really do a lot to ensure the clients are happy, feel respected and cared for from day outings to week long camping excursions.
SAILS really goes above and beyond for personalized supports. I can’t recommend SAILS more, from program managers to the caregivers I would trust my family members with any of them!
The staff is really great and easy to communicate with with, they have very quality care, when I encountered a issue (very small issue just had trouble figuring everything out) the management was there for me and helped me through it all.
This is not a company to handle fragile or medically complex needs. As a result of medical neglect, my child was in the hospital for 27 days. Their response was profit forward and retaliative, even to the point of blaming the employees when leadership was to blame. Only self advocating people should be placed here and even so, guardians need to watch this placement like a hawk. Go look in three times a week or more. It is necessary.
