When Mom first entered EM, we often ate with her for special days in the dining room, and it was a delightful experience. Things have definitely fallen off, a lot. The food, the service, the choices - all have declined.

My father lived here for 14 years before he died, and I visited him weekly. So I knew where I wanted to go when it was time for me to make that change and, after 5 years being here, I love it.

I’d been rather dreading going to visit independent living facilities with my Mom, but now that I’ve experience Emerald Heights I can’t imagine why. Perhaps it was the person who gave us the tour, Cindy Leung. She was direct, engaging, and seemingly transparent in sharing with us the experience of living here. She spent nearly two hours with us, showing us all that the community had to offer. We went on to tour two more facilities but none stood a chance next to Emerald Heights.

Emerald Heights is a beautiful place. Everything one could want in a retirement community. Lovely wooded Campus, great food and diverse, resident run clubs and activities.

The community itself seems well-maintained and welcoming, but repeated early-morning motorcycle noise was noticeable and disruptive. Hearing this during quiet morning hours gave me pause about whether residents’ sleep is adequately protected. I was surprised that an otherwise nice community didn’t seem more attentive to how critical uninterrupted sleep is for seniors. For a retirement environment, maintaining a consistently calm start to the day feels especially important.

We toured the independent living community at Emerald Heights in Redmond. They have a much larger variety of floor plans, and they are in a location that's close to our children. They have beautiful facilities, nicer than almost any other place we looked at, and the recommendations that we saw were all very positive. We had lunch there and the food was nice. The staff members were excellent. They answered all our questions, were very accommodating, and showed us everything we wanted to look

Man at front gate was extremely rude when telling us we needed an appointment to speak to a leasing manager. He did not offer good hospitality and made our day worse

Emerald Heights was by far the best by a number of measures: financially for cost per square foot of apartment space, most beautiful campus and natural setting, friendliest and most welcoming people, excellent health care, wide range of opportunity for socializing, learning, sports and games, and best plan for paying for their delicious food - only pay for what you eat. We have been here for two months and couldn't be happier. The marketing staff, especially Kayla, were extremely helpful guiding through the process and helping us pick the right place. The entire staff here is outstanding, super helpful and very pleasant. The food is great, and the facilities are immaculate. The residents too seem very happy to be here and are very friendly and outgoing.

I have been at Emerald Heights for nearly two years. It is stress free living at its very best. I eat dinner every night in our dining room, the food and variety are wonderful. I never cook!!! There are so many activities to do that you have to choose what you want to be involved in. Our Emerald Heights buses take us places that I would not be going to on my own. I am so happy to be living here, and know that my kids do not have to worry about my well being.

I've had the pleasure of getting to be on campus and the residents and team at Emerald Heights are wonderful! There is such a vibrant energy felt as soon as you walk through the doors. Each resident I've encountered has shared stories of their life at Emerald Heights and just how happy they are to have grown their community of friends and continue their next chapter with purpose and exciting new adventures each day.

We are now on their future resident waiting list and have only dealt the marketing team so far. Anita Danielson and Sue Rowell were very professional and helpful. We have friends who have lived here for many years, and they are happy with their decision to move to Emerald Heights. They have a new assisted living facility under construction, so that should deal with concerns about that higher level of care when needed.

CORPORATE GREED AT ITS BEST!! Games, games, and more games. Manipulating “marketing staff” (i.e. Wendy and Sue) who like to lead you on and make you believe you’re a good candidate for EH, when in fact, the administration team is finding every way possible to deny you entrance because they can’t make an enormous profit from you. SHAME ON THEM!

The person at the entrance of the building(tall white guy) who I believe is in charge of checking people in, was extremely rude and threatening towards me and treated me with such disrespect. When I finally entered, one of the residents even mentioned how this guy is even rude towards them. That is no way of treating anyone.

The tour experience at Emerald Heights is great. The facility was amazing. It was a gated community. It was high-class. They had a pool, a workout facility, and a great crafts room. Their apartments were amazing. They took us through all of their apartments and then their care units. So you buy in, and then you pay a monthly fee. Staff is awesome, but only 12 parking spots for visitors makes it difficult to visit your loved ones.

I liked the setting at Emerald Heights very much. It was in a residential setting and there was a check-in to drive your car in, which was important to me. One of the reasons I was attracted to that place was because I have eaten there several times whenever the group that I belong to meets there for lunch. Super lovely staff, they all work overtime to bring fun & excitement to the community of residents. Had the pleasure of observing the operations for a few days while decorating the place for Christmas- overheard so many beautiful (and funny!) interactions between the residents and staff. Truly an awesome place!

Here at Emerald Heights there's 550 people that live here, and we have four degreed physical fitness people and several acres for a walk through the woods every day. I don't think there can be many facilities that are better when it comes to physical fitness. I was taking 13 classes a week before the corona hit. Everything there was quite nice, I did eat in the dining room, the food was very nice, a very nice selection, and everything was very high end, but very expensive. Incredibly unhelpful and and unknowledgeable on building Accessibility with delivering elderly people's belongings. Very courteous at NOT being helpful Or empathetic for delivery drivers And the elderly people they're delivering for

My grandparents have lived there for 10 years now and I visit weekly. I will admit that it is a nice facility but when you take into consideration how much they pay the following issues is what makes it a bait and switch. The main elevator has been out over order for more than it has been working over the past 2 years. The management says it's because they had to make a part by hand.... I don't buy it for a second. Emerald Height was very nice, big, and had a nice dining room where you could eat at any time. Emerald Heights's appliances and facilities were topnotch. It was everything that you would expect and a lot more. They were exceptional in all regards from the services that were available to the food, the preparation, the attitude of the place, and recreation facilities. They had a swimming pool, book meetings, social meetings, and exercise meetings. They just had a lot going on there. The food was excellent and good.

I’m going to Emerald Heights. I obviously like it very much. It’s continuing-care -- which is what I’m looking for. It’s gorgeous, very nice, and expensive but I hope it will be worth it.

Emerald Heights was a little bit older, more spread out, and nicely landscaped. The food there was the best of any place I've tried and had lots of choices. They had lots of activities, bus trips, a very nice gym, and pool. They had the place very well maintained. The only drawback I had was the very large buy-in.

Emerald Heights is an absolutely wonderful, luxurious place. That would be a top choice for me for continuing care. It was very pricey. The staff was very professional, and the residents were extremely friendly. The food was very good, as well.

We were interested in The Emerald Heights but cowered when we were figuring out the expenses. We felt it was an awful lot of extras put in there, so by the time you were paying, they were going to be much more than they would be otherwise. The facility was stretched out; they had cottages. They did have the greenery and the outdoor-type thing. They have trails to walk on, and they do have a pool. It’s like you’re out in your backyard when you go outside. It was pleasant.

We have dear friends who live here and they are happy with their choice. We are impressed with the entire place and quality.

I love visiting my parents here. It's gorgeous, very resort like. And so many great activities. The community is just wonderful. Just be sure to get a unit that gets some sun.

I visited Corwin Center at Emerald Heights in Redmond, Washington. It was attractive. It is located in a residential neighborhood. The rooms were clean, but they were smaller. I think the staff was probably quite capable, but they were not as warm as those from the other facilities I visited.

Emerald Heights in Redmond was a wooden building with many arms to it. It had a library, a dining room, and a lot of other things. You had to buy your apartment and then pay monthly for the service. It was a one-bedroom apartment with a small dining room, a living room, a balcony, and a kitchen with everything in it. It also had a washer & dryer. It had a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a stove. I was really seriously thinking about moving there because I would be closer to my family.

My experience with this assisted living provider was that the facility was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and connected well with the residents. I even had dinner with a few of the residents. The menu had a large selection and variety and was surprisingly good. I also helped out one day for BINGO; which was a favorite past time of many of the residents. All of the residents seemed like they enjoyed themselves at Emerald Heights. Emerald Heights is an exceptional facility. We visit the facility once a week to visit with my grandmother. We have never found anything to complain about and find that they provide a most excellent living experience. They really help my grandmother without her feeling like she's unable to live on her own or take care of herself.
