Strong Care, Failing Staff Support

However, multiple employees report severe communication breakdowns with the company, including ignored complaints and unreturned calls to HR and main office over extended periods, suggesting significant internal operational issues.
I've already tried contacting you guys multiple times but you've been ghost this whole time, so thats a lie that you guys care. Because you don't. I've emailed and called the main office. THIS COMPANY ISNT WORTH WORKING FOR.
They don't contact you after calling and making complaints about a month ago, im still waiting for a callback. I even tried to reach HR via email.

Serengeti has provided a great service for my 96 year old father, giving care that has allowed us to keep him in his own home as he ages. His caregiver, Joseph has been patient and caring, even through difficult situations. Purity, as the Care Manager, has been attentive and responsive to our needs, coming up with solutions to our care needs quickly and efficiently, and has worked with our insurance and VA benefits. I highly recommend their service!
We highly recommend Serengeti Care for all your at home adult caregiver needs. First the manager, Purity, comes by and interviews YOU to evaluate your current caregiver needs and how long that would be expected before any changes. It is an organic process as it continues to change and evolve as your needs do. They then sent out experienced caregivers who have between 7 and 15 years experience in exactly what you need today and over the upcoming months. Caregivers have changes and needs as well
