My Dad stayed at Aegis South Lake Union (Eastlake) under ‘respite’ but his stay was extended. I was nervous about my Dad staying in an assisted living place but was totally put at ease after visiting him. My siblings felt the same way. Beautiful & clean spaces, great views, attentive & caring staff. All staff get to know the residents & learn their names. Everyone is so nice. Although my Dad is now home, we are 100% confident that Aegis is where he’ll return when that level of care is needed.

I would give Aegis a 10 if I could! They have been spectacular. Communication has been A-Plus. From being able to do a Zoom meeting with Mom before she moved, to meeting her and being ready for her when she arrived this past Saturday. I am still in Dallas but my husband has already moved to Seattle, so he has seen the facility and has helped her get settled in. He says it is absolutely beautiful, perfectly clean, and THE nicest facility he has ever seen. The views out over Lake Union are lovely,

Helped a friend through 2 months' respite care at Aegis Eastlake. Can't say enough good things about the Care team and management crew. The facility is beautifully designed and well-maintained, and the "neighborhood" inside is friendly and kind. After years helping family through managed care, this is the nicest most-transparent facility I've worked with.

Spend time resting and recovering at this great location. The care team was so knowledgeable and comforting! I also enjoyed all of the activities and the food was amazing! I would highly recommend staying here for respite, assisted living and memory care. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the beautiful community.

We have had a phenomenal experience at Aegis Lake Union. Coming here for a short term stay while visiting family and it was amazing to have phenomenal meals, engaging activities, a welcoming staff, and care personalized for our needs. As we look towards our needs in the future, Aegis would make a great place to call home.

Aegis Living Lake Union was perfect for my husband. It was just a month of respite, but he didn't want to come home. He had a lovely accommodation in that it wasn't down a long and dark hallway or something that looked like a Holiday Inn. It was just such nice accommodation. Aegis Living Lake Union has done a phenomenal job welcoming my father during his respite stay. From embracing flexibility, to encouraging his involvement in daily activities, to providing an extremely high quality of care, I truly appreciate the work the Aegis team does there on daily basis. I would recommend to anyone looking for respite or long term care.

My husband was at Aegis Lake Union for respite care. They were absolutely wonderful. The facility is beautiful, but the staff could have been working out of a cardboard box, and I still would have been happy. From the front desk to the health care team, they really could not have been better.

My loved one is a resident at Aegis of Lake Union. Most important is to clearly understand level of staffing. Is there adequate coverage during day and night? It seems like they are not always fully staffed. The staff that they do have is excellent. A second issue that drives me crazy is how the laundry works. Every day there are strange clothes in my loved one's closet and I have no idea where many of his clothes are. Once, I saw a resident wearing my vest (not my loved one's) from my work. The

When it comes to the activities the music is awesome, however our loved one is not currently participating in many of the other activities for personal reasons. I wish she would because they look great. We would definitely recommend Aegis of Lake Union to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.
