Terrible experience with this place. Stacia is inconsiderate in every way imaginable. Would highly recommend going anywhere else. I believe they are doing this for the money and don’t actually care about those they serve.
I used to volunteer here back in 2009 providing services to people with developmental disabilities and ended up needing to use their services recently for one of our foster children who is diagnosed with autism. They assisted us and our child’s biological family navigate social services and connected our foster child’s biological family with a support network of other families who had children with developmental disabilities. This is a non-profit organization for families who have disabilities in the Seattle/King County area. They are professionals with a big heart. Their staff is warm and friendly and ready to help. My family and I are grateful to them for all their help.
"Arc of King County" and especially Tracie provided such an incredible help to me while I try to better protect my disabled sister through guardianship. She explained in detail every step that I need to go through, every form that I need to fill and she made such a huge process so much easier.
