Seemed really nice. Vizited a friend ch or lunch. Food was good, but service lousy.

Visited long time friends and stayed in the Guest Suite. The atmosphere is very friendly and the facility is top notch. We had 3 meals there and all were good. The suite was also very nice.

High quality place. Great accommodations, food. Plenty of activities and staff that really cares. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Staff is always available & helps asap. Very friendly. Visited almost all senior living places from woodland to Bellevue & everything was much better here except the food. It's just ok. Brittany Park also has lots of fun places they drive us to in there 12 seat Van. Last couple of months some of the places we've gone to see New Waterfront including Pike Market, Crystal mountain for gondola ride & lunch, Waterways boat cruise on Lake Washington & lunch, Mariners day game, etc. A very good fitnes

I have visited my sister here twice now and I absolutely love this place!! It looks like a grand hotel and the dining hall has a menu comparable to a 5 star restaurant. Everyone there seems very happy and I know my big sis loves living there. They have a packed schedule of daily activities to choose from and there is never a dull moment. Place is in an awesome location where the residence can walk around the park and view or stay to watch games. Clean and feel homey but very expensive. Unfortunately the food is not the best and small serving. They do have activities but they should splurge during holidays like 4th July and offer BBQ food etc.

Beautiful assisted living facility right in downtown Woodinville, near the Burke gilman trail and 21 Acres. Plenty of parking.

I have been there 6 weeks and am very happy with my decision. For 6 months I looked at many retirement places and came back to the 1st place I looked. Very happy.

The staff is warm and welcoming. Mom loves the planned activities and is fully engaged in the community.

As of 2024 this facility is roughly 25 years old, but does not look at due to the super well cared for facility. I visited my parents here and stayed in the guest suite. The staff is friendly at all levels and handles all feedback very well. I know they are in good hands and Fairwinds provides good quality food, entertainment, activities and is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants.

My mom lost her diamond wedding ring while staying at Fairwinds Brittany. It's been months since we moved her out of the location. Today we received a phone call that the cleaners found her missing wedding ring (tucked away in a closet). Beside the amazing environment , staff, outings and food...TRUST plays a big part of Brittany Park. Thank you for your honesty and taking incredible care of my mom!

My dad lives here and every time I see him he raves about this place. Great staff and a nice clean friendly place to live.

The community is very friendly and welcoming. The staff are particularly helpful and always chat to you with a smile. Communal areas are active and bright. We picked Brittany Park due to location, layout of the apartment, quality of the accommodation and the staff impressed us.

Lovely facility with helpful staff

It was very nice at Fairwinds Brittany Park, but too expensive for my parents and the apartment we looked at was very small. It looked like a great community, just was out of our price range.

Our family had a virtual tour with Fairwinds - Brittany Park and we felt that they had excellent services as well as communication with the stales team

Nice place to have a meeting. The serving staff, cooks, and management all made it a great experience.

My mom liked Fairwinds the best out of the facilities that we went and toured. What really stuck out to her was the shuttle service provided, she really liked the gym that was on site, the fact that it is all one facility, and just the whole overall feel of the place. She has been very happy here and we would recommend them to others who are looking.

Our family had an in person tour and on the tour we could see the residents and they would come up to us and say hi, they even showed us some of their apartments. The staff knew them all by name, no one had favorites .We could see all the residents participating in the activities which was nice. They made us feel very welcomed.

Fairwinds community has been the best, they are undergoing some construction but on a normal day they community is kept very clean. The staff members are always very friendly and the meals are great. The food is better than some restaurants we have been to. They have had some trouble getting people hired post pandemic, but we understand that and they are still providing god service. The activities director has done a great job getting things set up, we recently just went to an opera.

Perfect for my parents. Sales man was not to pushy my stepdad even said so....which he liked.

Searching for a home for my parents that will allow them to live out their final years without the worries of housekeeping, home maintenance, and meal prep. Brittany Park is a wonderful facility/residence. Staff & residents were all friendly and greeted us warmly as we toured. Very clean and well maintained. The marketing team answered all our questions thoroughly.

Faitwinds-Brittany Park has been my home for five years and the time has just flown by. I have a small dog named Chiquita, that loves almost every resident in BPand says hello with a tale wag whenever she sees someone. I really enjoy living here and have many friends. Nice accommodations

This is an active, well maintained and well staffed Senior Living Facility. There are many amenities available as part of the living environment.

The caring people that make this all work for all our families is what makes Brittany Park the special place that it is. We have been shown nothing but kindness and respect every step of the way.

Loved it! It felt like a cruise or a grand hotel. Great exercise room and motivated staff. [Name removed] was very knowledgeable and passionate about her job.

I have no complaints of how things are going for myself since I have recently made the move into this community. The staff are friendly and have made the transition into my new living environment very easy for me. I enjoy my dinning experience as well as some of the other activities with the residents. Overall I am very happy and would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Brittany Park was a nice place, but they did not give me the same positive caring feeling as Brighton Court. The tour guide was helpful and able to answer all of my questions, but it was not my top choice.

My Grandma loves this place - close to nearby shops she can still visit. Staff is friendly and she is well taken care of. She has been there for a year with no problems. She loves the activities and the movie theater.

Things at Fair winds have been very good. It's a convenient location for our family to visit. The one thing they could improve is the base rent only includes dinner and there's an additional charge for breakfast and lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the admission process and made things go smoothly.

The best thing we could have done for my wife's mother. It is not full assisted, but is based upon your loved ones needs. It kept her mother independent right up till the end. We found the staff very caring and engaging, many of the residents were a blessing to have around. Their food was always good with many options and they often catered to our mother's quirky needs. Recently we moved our 92 year old mother from our home to a studio apartment at Fairwinds Brittany Park. From the moment we walked in the door, we were sold. The building was light and bright and clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly. In addition, the residents we observed and spoke with were truly happy and content. The apartment was roomy, well equipped for a senior, and just flat out adorable. Our biggest concern was that Mom would be reluctant to come out of her apartment to meet

I like this community for the care that my parents are getting with this very nice community. We have found it to be very clean inside and the outside. The meals seem to be very appealing. My parents are offered activities, but have just moved into the community. I would recommend this care and the value to oter families for good care for a loved one.

My mom has excellent care here with this community. This is a very clean environment for her to live in. The food is very good with a nice variety to choose from. The staff is very nice and very helpful with my mom's needs. Alot of activities that she enjoys with others. I would recommend this for other families for good care.

The staff at Fairwinds is really friendly and communicate very well. The activities offered are wonderful my father has been engaging in them. The meals are okay it would definitely be better if another meal was included through out the day instead of just one. Everything is kept clean even though there is some remodeling going on. Mom has not moved into Brittany park yet. Her move in date is 7/11. My husband and I have been getting her apartment ready and the staff have been very helpful. We visited a number of places before deciding on a place for her. Fairwinds Brittany Park seems very upbeat and friendly. Hopefully mom will think so too.

I think the marketing manager was very informative and very nice to work with. Everything along the way has been very smooth. My loved one hasn't been there very long, but as of right now it has gone well. Everyone has been helpful.

We have been looking for a place for my mom who us still sharp but can't drive much anymore and needs to being involved with people so she isn't so isolated. Everyone in staff as well as residents are very supportive as well as warm and friendly. They offer assisted living as needed but so far we haven't had to have help with this.

My loved one lived here for multiple years before her care needs necessitated a move, and I thought Brittany Park did an absolutely fabulous job throughout her whole stay! The facility is clean and well kept, and the individual rooms are beautiful and comfortable. They provide all sorts of amenities and activities as well! This is truly a grerat place. Lots of activities and great food. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Truly a wonderful place to retire. My favorite and I would love to be there in retirement.

Cost was a little more – we almost selected this community, but my parents were more familiar with the other location. The people who live there… The way the community is presented - there are people in their 80’s, 90’s, but it feels young and alive.

I talked with Freddie and she was very helpful. Both of us agreed that Fairwinds was too expensive for us. In addition the apartment size was too small for our comfort.

They chose this community based on a lot of different factors. The food is really good, the staff is really friendly, the community is very clean and pleasing to the eyes, and the apartments are good size. He recently did an activity that had something to do with Military which he liked and she will be using the hair salon very shortly to benefit from that. They seem to really be happy here. The community is just lovely and I would recommend it to anyone.
