Absolutely Love Avista care. Leslie , Annie and all the staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. It’s very clean and the residents are taken very good care of. I highly recommend!

Very disorganized. Can't seem to find time to help with showers or other needs. Food and food service very lacking. Took them a few weeks to get him on a laundry schedule and several weeks for showers. He's had to ask many times for things.

I wish there had been more staff to care for the residents, they said it was memory care, but my paperwork said assisted living. My mom got out of the facility 4 times. Overall the staff that were there were wonderful. Overall the assisted living is wonderful for place, just not for someone with dementia.

Avista has awesome and caring employees! Always willing to help very courteous. Highly recommend!

If I were you I would not put my loved one in Avista Yakima the Ed only sees dollar signs when someone Moves In my mom used to live here and the employees did not check on her like I was paying for them to do or get her showers like I was paying for them to do if you care about your parent or grandparent this is not the place for them

We went to Avista Yakima. They looked like they're a pretty active community. The few residents we saw were playing games. I did talk to a gal outside who was a resident there, and she said she enjoyed it. They cannot do any memory care there, so that was probably going to be a stickler for us because my mom is starting to show more signs of dementia, and the whole point is we wanted to keep mom and dad together. What we like the most about the Avista Yakima community is the helpful staff members they have working there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

The staff's integrity and honesty is unquestionable. They truly want to do the right thing and do it.

There is a very family like feel to the facility. All of the attendants and directors were very welcoming, and made us feel that they really cared about our father. We were soon recognized as his family and treated as their family as well. They took good care of him And he felt at home. I would highly recommend.

It was a very nice place. It was clean, and the staff was very nice. I was kind of interested in the place. The atmosphere was awesome. They had a really nice setup in their activities. They showed me the rooms, and they were also really nice.

I definitely would say that this is an awesome place. The residents love the staff. The meals need a little improvement, but I love everyone here at this facility. They keep the facility very nice. As soon as we walked in we knew this is the place, everything is taken care of. It's a very nice facility. I'm a perfectionist and this facility passes my expectations.

My 94 y/o mother has unfortunately experienced living in 5 different Assisted Living facilities over the past 6 years. However, we feel that we hit the Jackpot when finding Blossom Place. The onsite leaders are compassionate, friendly and always keep me informed. The care givers are amazing, and attentive. Blossom Place has been a safe haven for my mom and our family. She is very independent but has all the help there if needed. The staff is friendly and takes good care of my mom. We appreciate everything the staff at Blossom Place does for our family.

We have been so pleased with the professionalism, gentle care and overall experience at Blossom Place. The staff is wonderful and caring. We would very much recommend this community to anyone looking for a place for a loved one where they will be well taken care of.

Some positive things about Blossom Place is that it is a very clean and community. The staff have been very friendly and it is a smaller scale community so it seems more personable that it would at a much larger community.

The community is very clean and neat. I would like more communication from the community but the staff is very nice and friendly. The care is good but I would like them to be sterner and make my loved ones and make him stay groomed.

The number one thing for us is make sure your loved one is capable of this. My mother in law need way more help than what they could provide. We had to provide the sit to stand equipment, they tried to train the staff to use it, but couldn't do that either. We enjoyed the staff but they just were not a position to give the care she needed, however,, they told us, following her assessment, that they could. John was the source for information.conceening despite care for our family member. Although it is six months away we wanted to make sure things would be owedecr. Blossom Place looks to be our choice.

To those who gave 4 or 5 stars then you are not paying attention. Some of the staff are very nice and caring, it's management and parent company Enlivant you have to watch out for. It's a constant billing issue. The numbers never add up. This company nickel and dimes it's residents until nothing is left and good luck contacting billing in Chicago because they don't return calls. The sign says " affordable senior living and that is a lie. If you care about your loved one look elswhere. Completely

Super nice staff

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Mother. This is a one story facility but it is a little older. It’s a really nice place and the owner, [Removed], was just amazing. It’s a well-maintained property and the people are nice here. We even got to sit down and eat dinner with the other residents. However, we decided against bringing my mom here because it wasn’t what she needed. I would recommend this facility to other families.

The level of care offered here and the amount of people involved is exceptional. The staff team is very nice, really knowledgeable, and they take the time to answer all of our questions. They do a great job in keeping the facility neat and organized. There right on top with assisting with laundry when needed which has been really nice for us. This is a great community with great care. The staff are nice and were always helpful. We liked that he did not want to leave when it was time. The menu was appealing and he seemed to like the menu. They do have activities that are offered. We liked the community for being a good atmosphere and a clean environment. We would recommend this community for great care.

Very clean, nice people, no terrible smells. Nice size rooms. I would recommend it.

Very Clean rooms and dinning area but they have Ham on the meals almost all the time and that getting old to eat so much every week. People are nice and staff does a great job but they are I think one maybe two people short on the week ends.

The Blossom Place has been a good experience for my mother. I am impressed with the place and the staff is very caring. They have a RN on staff during the day. The place is clean and the place is small, no more than 50 residents which we like because it's not like a big warehouse. The food she is not too happy with, but she is receiving great care.

I toured this community for my parents. They have great staff members that were very helpful and caring. The room that we wanted was to far for my parents to walk, but nice. They had a second person charge that was nice. Over all a nice community.

My paretns were looking for something that was alittle more of what they were use to. This community has great staff and management who were helpful. I would recommend to other who want a smaller living space. Activites were nice with a good variety.

The care my mom received was for 3 weeks but I have no complaints about the care. The staff were wonderful about taking of my mom and helpful to us. Like most places, they seemed a little understaffed. I also asked to make softer foods and thicken her drinks but it seemed to not always be done for my mom. I was also unaware about the non-refundable community fee until signing the paperwork.

My mother-in-law has been doing good at this place. She gets good care from staff who are nice and respectful. The facility is clean to live at and visit. There are activities but my mother-in-law has not joined yet. The food is good and healthy. I absolutely would recommend this community to other who are in need.

This assisted living facility has a kind and compassionate staff. They have lots of fun activities for the residents, and they make sure that everyone feels included.

I think Blossom Place is a nice community, overall! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They're very accommodating, and have taken care of any questions or requests that we've had! The facility itself is clean and well kept. I really like their dining area! It feels just like a restaurant, and from what I have heard from my loved ones the food is very good!

Very friendly and helpful in getting my mother a place to stay while recovering from a bad fall.

I know we couldn't decide between this place and another until my husband's blood sugar went down and without asking what was wrong, the staff at Blossom Place knew right away what his problem was. They were right on top of everything. The administrator came in and helped us during the move-in and we were very impressed with that.

It was the one we chose had my mother not found a way to go back home. That was a very nice facility with activities. It was all one-story. They had nice rooms. They had things like bingo and card games. They had a lake with ducks and things that they could watch. They could walk outside to breathe the fresh air. It was very desirable.

We met with Brian Thursday 1/15. Rooms were nice. A one level facility is a plus. Many of the residents were out and about.

I was surprised that it was not a brand new facility because it is so clean and well kept. Everybody I have met there, especially the executive director, has been very caring and positive. They seem to really like my dad, which is nice to see and hear. It is a very well run facility.

I have found Blossom Place to be a very good fit for my Mom. She needs someone to start her for activities (she cannot register time and activity due to her massive stroke) and the personnel at Blossom Place are very accomodating. They assist her as needed with her bathing needs, medication and meals. She has been there for about six months now and I would recommend them highly.

This was absolutely a wonderful experience for us to place our Mom at such a nice place. The facilities and more importantly the people are awesome.
