My mother was a resident there for over 5 years and my father was there for just over a year. Great facility. Very clean. Wonderful staff. They made us feel like we were family. Would highly recommend Chandler House to anyone seeking a memory care/assisted living facility for their loved one.

They treat me like family when I visit. Would recommend this place to all. They CARE!!Can't say enough about Chandler House it sets my mind at ease.

My sister has moved into Chandler House. The staff is very kind, caring, and welcoming. It's very clean and organized. It's a lovely place. I only saw the little house where my sister lives. I saw the common room and the dining room, and her bedroom, and I met three staff members. It has individual bedrooms that branch off from the main area. My dad is at Chandler House and my overall experience was fantastic. With my dad, the quality of care was much more important than amenities at a facility. Chandler House was just great for that. Their staff had been there for a time. They were very caring, very open to our questions, and we came away feeling very positive about moving dad to that facility. I would tell others that as far as the money, I would suggest you go somewhere else. The food isn't great. I just feel that this is just a fair community. The staff is ok. The nurse, Judy is really good. I'm able to see my loved one through the window.

Our mother was cared for by Chandler House in the last year or so of her life. They were truly amazing and gave her the best care imaginable. At the end of her life, we practically lived there, and spent enough time that we heard the level of compassion and care given to not just her, but to the other residents, and were so impressed by the respect and integrity of the staff.

I want to thank Lynette for getting back to me. I really do appreciate it. I'm sorry that my post was so negative. I've had several others that have never returned a call to this day. I do plan on going to look at the facility. Again thank you Lynette.

I am so impressed with not only the staffing, the education of the staff but that there's an RN on board most of the day and night! They keep great charting! The team make your loved one feel like they are home! I feel confident that my dad is in excellent hands and do not have to worry about him all the time!

We toured this community and liked the staff who answer a lot of the questions that we had. We were not able to see the dining area at the time. We have talked on the phone and were informed at this time that they did not have a room available. We would recommend the community from the information that we were given for the comfort of care.

We absolutely love this community and everything about it. The is a wonderful community and they are caring for my father very well. My father is looking good and smelling good, and that was very important. The staff is great, they really know what they are doing, they are very attentive. Also they help him with his toiletries. Chandler House was like my mother’s second home. She loved the caretakers there and they loved her as well. I’ll be eternally grateful for the extraordinary manner they cared for her. Thanks to the professional staff at Chandler House, I’m sure my mother was able to enjoy many additional years of quality life. Thank you again!

Chandler House is a wonderful place! They specialize in care for those with advanced dementia and alzheimers. We were most impressed with the staffing level per patient, caring staff and dailey homecooked meals. Chandler House was our first choice and the only that we would have considered after visiting several places in the immediate area. They maintain a home like atmosphere and the care and communication with family is good.

The community is clean and well maintained. Dad hasn't complained about the food.

Chandler House showed a lot of care for my father. They worked with the family very closely on medications. They assist or take care of getting him to and from a doctor. The security and the health care are great. There's an on-site nurse 24/7. It's very clean, and the food seems to be good. We're very pleased with it.
